Vidmetrix Client Accounts

For convenience, Vidmetrix allows marketers to create "client accounts" that allow their customers to log into Vidmetrix and see their detailed video analytics reports directly. Marketers are able to assign which videos from their master account can be viewed by a given client account - allowing them to manage all of their clients' video from one account while providing each client access to only their videos. A client account works just like a normal Vidmetrix account - clients log into Vidmetrix and see their stats as any other user would - there are no special requirements.

If you have a marketer account, you can create client accounts by doing the following:

1. Click Accounts in the gray bar above.

2. Click Add New Account on that page.

3. There you will enter the log in information for the user and you can select which of your existing videos to which that client will have access.

4. You can always add more videos to a client's account later by clicking on Accounts, then the desired account, then selecting which additional videos that client can see.
